Prerequisite: None

Course Type: De-streamed

Language of Study: English or French 

Explore the global contributions of mathematics through stories, create an algorithm with coding, refine basic computational skills and develop problem solving and algebraic skills. Our de-streamed course is for all Grade 9 students. This course is available to Grade 8 students entering high school in Fall of 2023. French Immersion students can opt to take the course in French to obtain a French credit towards their Certificate of Bilingual Studies.

Attend our webinar on Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024 from 7:30 to 9 PM (EDT) to receive a detailed overview of the Grade 9 Mathematics course being offered at Roots to Routes Academy. We welcome all of your burning questions as we walk you through our program so be sure to take notes!

Fill out the registration form on our website! You will also receive an email prompting you to connect with your student’s guidance counsellor to obtain a copy of their credit counselling summary and learning accommodations (i.e. IEP, ILP).
